My name is Christina Wieland and I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
FitHappySoul goes back to the basics of health and wellness. Aside from eating nutritiously and getting your exercise in, we dive into the aspects of generating mental wellness and self love as well. FitHappySoul is about finding YOUR health and YOUR happy in a way that works best for YOU—without making things too complicated.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself…
I will start off by saying that The Office is the best TV show in the entire world, and no one can convince me otherwise. I can literally watch each episode a million times and never be bored with it.
Aside from fitness, I am a total creative. I love to paint and draw, take pretty pictures of things and just CREATE. I am also an avid traveler. I love exploring and making every day I live some sort of wacky adventure. I guess you could say the right side of my brain is definitely most dominant in my life.
I love to spread a little bit of beauty anywhere that I go.
I started blogging as an outlet for my thoughts that I wanted to share with you peeps. It’s kind of turned into a passion for me now, as Fit Happy Soul has become a brand representing myself and all that I love.
I share my adventures, when I stumble upon some cute beauty products, informative workout information, and anything and everything about self love. I aim to be different. I aim to offer up a fresh perspective in this crazy world.
But my blog and myself wasn’t always this way.
Fit Happy Soul started out as a health and fitness blog called Fit Happy Tina, which some of y’all may know about. Over time, I discovered that there is so much more to life than having a 6-pack and hitting the gym 5 times a week. Yes, I LOVE the gym and fitness, but I don’t let it consume my every thought and action anymore.
What about biking along the North Shore of Pittsburgh? Having a yummy smoothie AND a delicious burger? Taking a hike with a friend through a forest to find a waterfall? These are all healthy activities, just something your average “fitspo” wouldn’t even consider.
My eyes had finally opened up to the world and I decided to start living life my way. I have the urge to explore the world for all that it has to offer me and get in touch with how us humans were created to be, not all the things man expects of us.
It’s not how a lot of others do things, as they like to play it safe.
I like to live on the edge a bit. Doing things others don’t do because their fear and worries hold them back. I still struggle with this at times too, but I am growing and getting better every single day.
My Goal For You
I want to share in all aspects of life how you can basically live a happy, simplified and adventurous life. I’ll let you in on all the tips and tricks that have made my life easier and a lot more enjoyable. I want to share my travels, self care and mindfulness tips, and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Although you don’t have to live EXACTLY like me, I want to live my life in such a way as to inspire others to take charge of their lives and pursue what sets their soul on fire. What makes them feel like a kid again and what makes them feel carefree.
Life is too short to sit in a cubicle and worry about problems that man has created himself. Go out and explore all that the natural world has to offer and really LIVE your life.
